All submissions will undergo an initial review by the Chair of the Conference to assess their suitability with the conference\u2019s focus and scope. Submissions that pass this initial screening will subsequently be reviewed under a double-blind peer review process by at least three qualified reviewers prior to the presentation stage.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a08fc0a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a08fc0a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Peer Review<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d0ae5fe elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d0ae5fe\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><p>Submissions approved during the initial review will be assigned to referees based on their subject-matter expertise. Each submission will be evaluated by a minimum of three independent referees. Reviewers are expected to assess the submission based on criteria such as originality, methodological soundness, impact on design research, and relevance to design practices. To ensure a timely review process, referees are requested to complete and return their evaluations within two weeks. Upon receiving all reviewer reports, the Chair of the Conference will make a recommendation regarding the submission\u2019s suitability for acceptance.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f47fd7f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"f47fd7f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Acceptance Decision<\/span><\/h3><\/div><\/div><div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7abd4a8 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7abd4a8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\"><div class=\"elementor-widget-container\"><p>Based on the referees\u2019 comments, the Chair of the Conference will make a final decision and communicate it to the authors, along with the reviewers\u2019 reports.
