Presentation Specifications :
- Oral Presentation
- Time Allocation: Each presentation is allotted a total of 15 minutes: 10 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes for Q&A.
- Time Signals:
- A first warning will be given at the 8-minute mark.
- A second warning will be given at the end of the 8th minute, signaling the presenter to conclude the presentation and begin the Q&A session.
- Equipment: Each room is equipped with a screen, an LCD projector, and a laptop with Microsoft PowerPoint installed.
- File Submission: Presenters must upload their presentation files to the provided computer at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
- Backup Format: To avoid compatibility issues, all presenters are required to provide a PDF version of their presentation in addition to the original file format.
- Online Presenters:
- Online presenters are required to submit a pre-recorded video of their presentation (not exceeding 10 minutes).
- The video file must be submitted to the conference organizer no later than September 3, 2026.
- The Zoom ID and the specific presentation time will be announced at a later date.
- Poster Presentation
- Poster Format: Each poster presentation must consist of one topic per sheet. The required poster size is 60 cm (width) × 160 cm (height). Presenters may design their posters freely; however, the poster must clearly include the title of the paper, the names and affiliations of all authors, an introduction, methodology, results, conclusions, and references (if applicable). The conference logo and the logo of the Thai Society of Agricultural Engineering must also be included and can be downloaded here.
- Session Duration: Each poster session lasts 10 minutes (5 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A).
- Schedule: The specific presentation order will be announced at a later date.
- Display Period: Posters must be displayed from September 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM until September 9, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
